Terms of Service (All Around Pressure Washing)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of allaroundpw.com (the “Site”) and any services, quotes, communications, or information provided by All Around Pressure Washing (“All Around Pressure Washing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site, submitting a request, or communicating with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Services & Estimates

All Around Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services (such as pressure washing/soft washing) and related services (the “Services”).

Quotes/estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by message are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Final pricing may change based on job conditions, access, scope, surface condition, necessary prep, safety requirements, or additional requested work.

We may require photos, an on-site assessment, or additional details to finalize a quote.

2) Scheduling, Rescheduling & Access

A. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and may require a deposit for certain jobs (if applicable, we will tell you in advance).

B. Rescheduling & cancellation

We understand things change. Please provide as much notice as possible to reschedule or cancel. If a deposit was collected, it may be refundable or transferable depending on the circumstances and any written agreement provided at booking.

C. Property access & utilities

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, including:

Access to exterior areas and any necessary gates/doors

Working water supply and/or electrical access if required for your project

If access is not available at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule and may charge a trip fee where permitted by law and communicated beforehand.

3) Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate contact, address, and job details

Disclose known issues that may affect work (fragile surfaces, damaged siding, loose trim, leaks, prior repairs, special coatings, etc.)

Secure pets and remove or protect personal items near the work area

Move vehicles and provide clearance as needed for safe access

Mark or disclose hidden hazards (sprinkler heads, exterior wiring, unstable steps, etc.)

4) Service Limitations & Results

Exterior cleaning results depend on surface type, prior condition, staining, weathering, and other factors. You acknowledge:

Some stains or discoloration may be permanent or may require multiple treatments.

Certain materials (e.g., older paint, oxidized surfaces, deteriorated wood) may be more susceptible to wear and may not clean uniformly.

We may refuse or stop work if we determine conditions are unsafe or likely to cause damage.

5) Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payment is due upon completion of Services.

We may accept multiple payment methods (as communicated at booking or on your invoice).

Late payments may be subject to fees where allowed by law and disclosed on the invoice/booking terms.

If you dispute charges, please contact us promptly so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

6) Communication Consent (Calls, Emails, Texts)

By submitting your information through the Site or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from us about your request and Services, including by phone call, email, or text message.

SMS/MMS: Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (for texts) or by contacting us. Reply HELP for help.

Marketing messages (if any) will be sent only where permitted and, when required, only with your opt-in consent.

7) Website Use & Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or systems

Interfere with Site operation (including introducing malware, scraping, or denial-of-service activity)

Submit false or misleading information

We may suspend or block access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

8) Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, photos, graphics, logos, design, and other materials) are owned by or licensed to All Around Pressure Washing and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

10) Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL AROUND PRESSURE WASHING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED $100, AND FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO SERVICES, OUR LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Around Pressure Washing and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your misuse of the Site

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any law or third-party rights

Conditions at your property that you failed to disclose and that cause harm, damage, or injury

13) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15) Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve disputes informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
